Cristina Savin

CRISTINA SAVIN, PhD Translation Studies (Monash University) is a translator working from French and Romanian into English. She is the French-to-English translator of Marie Lion and philosopher Marcel Gauchet. She completed the translation of eight plays for a Compendium of 19th century French literature. Cristina has translated the works of eight Romanian authors. Her translations are featured in English language journals in Australia, Europe and the United States, including Cordite Poetry Review, The AALITRA Review, Poetry in Process, Coolabah Journal, Oomph Press, Bordertown.
